Chosen Sight (referred to as “Chosen Sight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells art prints through a fully automated, third-party print-on-demand fulfillment service. We do not handle printing, packaging, or shipping ourselves. All orders for art prints are processed automatically upon payment confirmation and forwarded directly to our fulfillment partner for production and delivery.
This Shipping Policy applies only to physical art prints. It does not apply to astrological consultation services, which are delivered digitally or via scheduled sessions and have no physical shipping component.

 

1. Fulfillment Process
•  Once your payment for an art print is successfully processed, the order is automatically transmitted to our third-party print-on-demand provider (referred to as the “Fulfillment Partner”).
•  The Fulfillment Partner is responsible for printing, quality control, packaging, and shipping the item directly to you.
•  We do not hold inventory, and production begins only after an order is placed. This ensures each print is made to order.


2. Shipping Times and Estimates
•  Production Time: Most art prints require 2–7 business days for printing and preparation, depending on the product and current demand. This timeframe is handled entirely by the Fulfillment Partner.
•  Shipping Time: After production, shipping typically takes 3–10 business days within the United States or longer for international destinations, depending on the carrier and location.
•  Combined estimated delivery time (production + shipping) is usually 7–14 business days from the date of order, though this can vary.
•  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) once your order has been shipped by the Fulfillment Partner.
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as order volume, holidays, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier delays. We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates.


3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of the print, and the shipping method selected. These costs are determined by the Fulfillment Partner and passed on transparently.


4. International Shipping
We ship art prints worldwide through our Fulfillment Partner’s global network. However:
•  International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
•  Chosen Sight is not responsible for any customs delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed by your country’s authorities.


5. Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be provided via email once the Fulfillment Partner dispatches your order. You can track your package using the link provided.
If you experience any issues with delivery (e.g., lost or significantly delayed packages), please contact us with your order number, and we will assist by liaising with the Fulfillment Partner.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If an order is returned to the Fulfillment Partner due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the item.


7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your art print arrives damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors or damage during transit), please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
Such claims will be evaluated in coordination with the Fulfillment Partner. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, in line with the limited return provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.


8. Changes or Cancellations
Because production begins automatically shortly after payment, we are generally unable to cancel or modify orders once submitted. In rare cases where cancellation is still possible (before production starts), please contact us immediately. Approval is not guaranteed.
