These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Chosen Sight (referred to as “Chosen Sight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Chosen Sight offers both astrological consultation services and the sale of art prints. By accessing or using our website, purchasing any product or service, booking a consultation, or otherwise engaging with our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
Please read these Terms carefully, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Our Services and Products
Chosen Sight provides:
•  Astrological Consultation Services: Personalized readings, natal chart interpretations, and related advisory sessions. These are interpretive in nature and offered for entertainment, insight, and personal guidance purposes only.
•  Art Prints: Limited or open-edition fine art prints available for purchase.

Astrological Services Disclaimer
Astrology is widely recognized as a pseudoscience. Readings are subjective and depend on the astrologer’s interpretation of birth data (date, time, and place of birth). While a competent astrologer strives for meaningful accuracy—typically achieving relevant insights in approximately 80% of cases—no guarantees of accuracy, specific outcomes, or results can be made. Clients should not rely on astrological consultations as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other specialized field.

 

Art prints are sold as decorative items. We strive to represent colors and details accurately, but minor variations may occur due to printing processes, monitor settings, or materials.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services or make purchases. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Purchasing and Payments
•  All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
•  Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.
•  We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card or sensitive payment details.
•  For art prints: Ownership transfers upon shipment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
•  For consultations: Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Chosen Sight. Once a consultation is scheduled and payment is processed, the booking is considered confirmed.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns for Art Prints
•  Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
•  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen events.
•  Art prints are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to their custom or made-to-order nature, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. In such cases, please contact us with photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt for evaluation. Approved claims may result in replacement or refund at our discretion.
•  Refunds or replacements for art prints are governed by this section and do not fall under the consultation Refund Policy.

5. Consultation Process and Client Responsibilities
To receive an accurate consultation, you must provide correct and complete birth information (date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth). Inaccurate or incomplete data may significantly affect the quality and relevance of the reading.
You agree to:
•  Provide truthful and accurate information.
•  Attend scheduled consultations on time (for live sessions).
•  Be respectful and cooperative during all communications.
•  Use the services only for lawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if we believe the client is being disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including natal charts, written reports, audio/video recordings, art prints (including the underlying artwork and designs), interpretations, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Chosen Sight or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from any consultation materials or art prints without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chosen Sight and its astrologer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, purchase of products, or reliance on any consultation or art print provided.
You acknowledge and agree that:
•  Astrological consultations are provided “as is” without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
•  We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the insights received.
•  No professional, legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice is being provided.
•  For art prints, we are not liable for variations in color, minor imperfections inherent to print production, or suitability for any particular use.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or consultation in question.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
•  For astrological consultations: Once a consultation has been held or delivered, no refunds will be issued, except in the limited circumstances described in the Refund Policy.
•  For art prints: Returns and refunds are addressed in Section 4 above and are limited to cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

9. Privacy
Your personal information, including sensitive birth data (for consultations), is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described therein. We treat your birth details and consultation records with a high degree of confidentiality, similar to professional client records.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services or cancel any order at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, interferes with the proper functioning of our services, or is harmful to other users or to Chosen Sight.

11. Changes to These Terms
