Chosen Sight (referred to as “Chosen Sight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides personalized astrological consultation services. Due to the highly personalized, time-intensive, and interpretive nature of these services, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below. This policy is designed to be fair to both clients and the astrologer while acknowledging the unique characteristics of astrological consultations.
By booking or purchasing any consultation or service from Chosen Sight, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds After Consultation Delivery
Once a consultation has been held, delivered, or the reading has been provided (whether via recorded audio/video, written report, live session, or any other format), no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where the client is dissatisfied with the interpretation, insights, or accuracy of the reading.
Astrology is widely regarded as a pseudoscience and interpretive art rather than an exact empirical science. Even a skilled and experienced astrologer cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in every reading due to factors such as the subjective nature of chart interpretation, the complexity of human life events, and inherent limitations in astrological techniques. A competent astrologer typically achieves meaningful accuracy in approximately 80% of cases, but outcomes can vary based on individual circumstances and the quality of birth data provided.

2. Refunds or Cancellations Before Consultation
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent a consultation from proceeding. In such cases:
•  Full refunds may be issued if the service cannot be completed prior to any preparatory work or the actual consultation taking place. This applies whether the cancellation is initiated by the client or by Chosen Sight.
•  We will always attempt to reschedule the consultation to a mutually convenient date and time when possible.
•  Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Requests for cancellation or refund before the consultation must be submitted promptly via the contact method listed below.

3. Handling Difficult Situations or Client Concerns
If a client experiences significant difficulties during the booking or pre-consultation phase, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund at our sole discretion. Our goal is to maintain a professional and productive environment for all parties involved.

4. Remedies for Substandard Service
In the rare event that a delivered consultation is deemed significantly below professional standards or fails to meet reasonable expectations due to major faults on the part of the astrologer (as determined solely by Chosen Sight), we may, at our discretion, offer a complimentary follow-up reading as a goodwill gesture.
This discretionary remedy is offered only when the astrologer judges it appropriate and is not available as a client-requested right or entitlement. Dissatisfaction with the interpretive style, general insights, or perceived accuracy does not qualify for this remedy, given the subjective and non-scientific nature of astrology.
No monetary refunds will be provided in such cases; the complimentary reading (often referred to internally as a donation reading) serves as the sole discretionary option to address major shortcomings.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider after a consultation has been delivered may result in the suspension of future services and could be reported as appropriate. We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before pursuing external disputes.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
